The BCM One Dedicated Verizon Team

	Andy Steinke \| Director, Partner Programs Andy leads the channel sales team for BCM One and maintains the strategic relationship with Verizon Business Markets. He is instrumental in helping to close complex Verizon opportunities when needed, continously works directly with Verizon to develop promotional SPIFFs to add more incentives for partners, and manages supplier agreements with Verizon to be able to offer the best solutions and prices to our partners.			Stephanie Farrell \| Marketing Manager Stephanie is responsible for marketing support with co-branded campaigns for sales partners and best practices on marketing to clients with Verizon.

	Andrew D'Elia \| Principal Network Engineer Andrew D'Elia, a Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) and Cisco Certified Design Associate (CCDA). Andrew helps clients design solutions that meet their businesses requirements. In addition to his engineering responsibilities, Andrew is also the BCM One product lead for BCM One’s SD-WAN portfolio.			Manny Ferrufino \| Verizon VPP Channel Manager Manny is BCM’s dedicated In-Franchise channel manager for all In-Franchise opportunities. He manages all aspects of client deals, agent recruitment, onboarding for the Verizon relationship and sales enablement. Manny physically sits in the BCM One office on a weekly basis.

	Alan Ehrenzweig \| Director of Operations Alan oversees the operation teams at BCM One and oversees our project management team. The project managers serve as a single point of contact for client deployments -- ensuring services are installed on-time and to the clients satisfaction.			Niall Delaney \| Verizon Enterprise Solutions Client Partner Niall is BCM One’s dedicated enterprise solutions client manager managing all aspects of Verizon enterprise opportunities working very closely with BCM One Channel Account Manager and Partners.

	Rudite Dietrich \| Team Supervisor Rudite, a former Verizon employee, is the Supervisor of the Verizon team at BCM One. Rudites team is your liaison to Verizon. The team qualifies availability of Verizon Telecom and Business products. They quote, contract and order services. All orders are tracked through installation. The team also provides enrollment into the Verizon portals.			Linda Cole \| Managing Partner, Channels Supports Verizon Partners & their clients in the Rocky Mountain Region of the U.S. with Channel Managers located in Denver, Salt Lake City, Phoenix, Dallas and Houston, offering a wide range of technology solutions to support client business operations… participates in strategic sales engagements along with providing marketing materials, training and implementation/customer care support

	JJ Harrison \| Partner Channel Manager Based out of Salt Lake City. Partnering with Verizon Agents in Utah.			Valerie Ross \| Partner Channel Manager, Verizon Business Markets Verizon Business Markets – Local Coverage- Ga/Tenn/ Alabama/ Arkansas. A 27 year telecommunications and technology veteran serving in many capacities, including sales engineering. She is excited to bring her expertise to BCM One and their partners. Valerie resides in Atlanta.

	Nick D'Amelio \| Support Specialist Nick’s primary role is to providing availability, quoting and ordering Verizon Telecom services (FIOS, DSL, POTS, PRI). He is the primary contact for Verizon portal enrollment.			Kevin Francis \| Partner Channel Manager Kevin brings 26 years of IT and Telecom experience. 17 years in IT as Network Engineer, IT Manager and Director of Operations. He will assist BCM One and their partners with the design and network solutions that is right for the customer. Kevin resides in Arizona.

	Joshua Haddox \| Channel Manager Responsible for Verizon Business Markets partner support in the OH and MI market.			Vanessa Heyer \| Partner Channel Manager, Verizon Business Markets Vanessa is an Out of Franchise Channel Manager covering the states of Florida, N. Carolina and S. Carolina. With over 16 years with Verizon (both direct and indirect), Vanessa has a wealth of knowledge to assist Partners and Agents in their efforts to navigate the Verizon systems to win new business. Vanessa is based out of Orlando Florida.
